Haven't had to use the extended warranty as of yet. Feel secure however in case the TV breaks

I ended up buying this after the OLED I purchased had an issue within the first week. I made me want the extra protection from Best Buy.

This is a service that I have always subscribed to when purchasing a high value item at Best Buy. However I have only used this protection plan on my first TV I purchased at Best Buy. At that time it was of great value to me to have subscribed since I received all the attention and service required until I was satisfied with my product.

I never buy anything without the Geek squad protection even though I am a long time member of Total Tech Support. I like having the security of making one call to fix any problem.

Bought the five year protection plan for a TV we purchased recently. I love the peace of mind that comes with being able to replace or repaid the TV in the event it stops working. Geek Squad has been very helpful and friendly so far.

Always nice service I am very much satisfied with the service and people are really good. So kidding.

Overall they can help with minor or not complex things but aren’t too good at complicated things. They are good to help walk you thru the things they do know.

Unfortunately electronics don’t last and it’s taking a chance if you don’t mind replacing after a year, but if want to keep for a few years it’s worth getting the coverage

I love my Geek Squad protection. They check any problems that the computer have had and they keep my computer updated for my needs.

As you may know, Simply, GET IT! For a small (relatively) fee, this can save you from having to, at the least, wait for an eternity to get your phone back! Just fix/replace it.

Since I first purchased a protection plan for an item, I will always purchase these plans with any larger purchase. If there are any problems at all, this protection plan will make repair or replacement an easy hassle free ordeal.

I have taken my 2 different laptops to get serviced and they always stood by their work if they couldn’t get it right the 1st time and had to bring it back they would fix it
