Well I would say that if you are looking for coverage get it!

I have purchased my last four televisions from Best Buy because of the geek squad protection. The very first time I had an issue they replaced my TV. No questions asked.

Was going to get the 2 year plan, but decided on 5 year after some thought. With the 2 year plan you are paying for one year after manufacturer warranty expires. My new TCL 75 inch TV is covered and I am pleased. Had the plan years ago on another TV and when that could not be repaired , the warranty company gave me a code, I walked into Best Buy and picked a new TV... no money out of pocket, so prior use and peace of mind !

I couldn’t get customer support for a ThinQ App from LG. Good thing that I bought Geek Squad support. They were able to help replace the TV in home. The only negative was it took ONE MONTH for them to get to my home. I’m still waiting. Slooooow.

I have been a long-time customer. My tablet was damaged I opened the package and dropped it, screen cracked and the service I received went so smoothly. I glad I had ins. coverage, but your geek squad took care of my purchase. I give them a 4-star rating because there's always room for improvement. This is definitely a fantastic product. I bought it for my mom as a Christmas present and she absolutely loves it. She watches our favorite shows and movies on it and it’s great to have a bunch of family to enjoy it also.

Picked the geek squad protection with my new 70 inch TV. Can’t go wrong with this warranty. Hopefully I don’t ever need to use it but the cost is definitely worth the cost. I bought the new Tv due to an accident with my old tv that would have been covered if I had this service in the 1st place…

I haven’t needed to use the Geek Squad service yet, but it’s great knowing I have the warranty if something goes wrong. It gives me peace of mind, and the setup process for coverage was easy and clear.

Definitely would suggest that 5 year warranty. Makes me feel safer with my purchase.

I got burned (pun intended) with my Sony A1E OLED with a couple burn ins in just owning it for 2 and a half years and didn’t have coverage. Upgraded to the LG GX OLED for my new XBOX Series X console and couldn’t be happier. I now have peace of mind knowing Geek Squad will protect from burn ins. I have used Geek Squad in the past for a product and the service is the best. No haggle or hassle. If you purchase a OLED tv I would highly recommend purchasing from Best Buy along with the geek squad protection. I purchased the 5 year plan. The cost was fair.
