Literally the worst customer service ever. Delivery and install of TV was set for 9/17 between 10-1. Called at 10:45 to say they weren't coming, but could come 9/22 between 10-1, so took the morning off to be here for install. Then got a text at 1:19AM to day that now my appointment was changed and they'd be here 12-8PM today. Tried calling and person on phone barely spoke English.

its like a extra cushioned pillow very comfortable gives you the comfort knowing your product is covered.

I always get the added protection - particularly these days on a TV because so much of the "workings" are like a computer.

Always buy this on larger purchases If I do need to use it I know I am in good hands with the Geeks.

The Geek Squad guarantee may seem a little bit pricey but it's well worth it especially when you have someone that's not very technologically sophisticated
