he did really good mounting my tv and taking the old one down

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I bought a 77" Sony OLED from them a year ago. My previous TV had been broken by a Toddler visiting my house so I asked the sales associate if their protection plan covered a cracked screen like a toddler throwing a balloon weight through the TV. He assured me that it would. Well... we moved and guess what, after taking all the precautions to make sure the TV did not suffer any damage, the screen cracked. Best buy now states they don't cover cracked screens on Sony OLEDs... I was conned into buying an expensive warranty for the sole purpose of accidental damage on a TV that is now useless. Beware, their sales associates don't know what they are talking about. Looking at it in the best light the sales associate sold us the wrong protection plan. In the worst light, he conned us into a membership with basic protection plan to get a bonus or some kind of kickback when what we wanted was the protection plan with accidental damage coverage.

Customer service has been nothing but the best! They have been quick and helped by answering all of my questions.

TV was delivered and placed exactly where I wanted it. Answered all my questions. Very quick and effecient.

A very experienced technician diagnosed my TVs issues and determined I was eligible for a replacement under Geek Squad warranty. I am very happy with the new TV and the service provided. Best protection plan from any retailer I’ve experienced.

Especially in the world of electronics, this protection is the best insurance...

New tv for family but it need more big size tv morw 72 should it next time thank you enjoy my new account with Best Buy

I have not had to use it thankfully so hard to rate but the price was good

Protection for any expensive device is worth it period. Dont over think it.

Got it for protection as my last tv was done after a ppwer outtage at the 3 year mark

This is by far one of the best warranties we have ever purchased. It's even better than a home warranty product! It covers just about any electronics which you may own, they come on time when you schedule an appointment, fix what needs to be fixed, and cart away any electronics you no longer need, or want. one of the BEST BUYS ever!!!

Great protection plan specially for TVs as it covers everything

So I've had this since 2021 now. Absolutely NO issues at all. I liked it so much that I sent one to my brother in Texas! It has EVERYTHING you need in a coffee maker: hot water dispenser, frother, pod ability, filter for ground beans ability and most importantly, my 81 year old technology challenged mother can use it with ease!
