The guys delivered new tv..installed new tv mounting bracket, worked very clean and efficient

I always get the extended protection plan, It works great, the Geek squad gives you good service, I has a Logitec remote go bad, I took it in, no questions I got a replacement right away, Bought it on the Washer Dryer Refrigerator. Also the price is very reasonable compared to other companies its cheap . Everything is electronic and smarter than I am, So I get the Coverage and sleep easy, No worries

Hopefully I never need the service, but it’s a good idea to purchase this warranty. Without a warranty; it would be cheaper to purchase another TV, rather than pay repair costs. And I was impressed when reading threw the details, that for TVs over 40 inches, they do in home service at no charge. Sounds great- and worth the purchase for the peace of mind. Thanks Best Buy.

Geek squad, ah, the Best Buy nerds, but don't downplay them, they know their stuff and are easiest to work with over other big box stores. Great peace of mind at a low price!

This plans are the best never have trouble returning a defective item love this Best Buy plans.

This service is a must when you buy a BIG tv. They will pick it up and bring you a new one Mine is 100” and heavy

I always purchased Best Buy's GSP when I purchase large ticket items (e.g. TV, Computer, etc.) and they usually don't disappoint. Just make sure when you're purchasing a GSP that it doesn't run the same length of time as the manufacturer's warranty because it's pointless at that point. Other than that, replacing a defective unit is fairly easy.

Purchased this for 65" LCD TV. While I normally don't purchase extended warranties, the peace of mind this provides knowing that I will have an operating TV guaranteed for 5 years is worth the small cost. I have had several large screens fail, so knowing my cost of ownership over the next five years, as compared to possibly having to purchase a new one after the one or two year warranty passes is a plus.

I've used Geek Squad in the past. It's good to have when the manufacturer's warranty expires.

Purchase protections plans selectively. When I've had an issue replacement easy.

This "insurance" plan is a definite must have, especially if you are not especially tech savvy. I have used it numerous times and it provides peace of mind and is reassuring to know that any problem(s) I encounter with tech issues will be handled in an efficient and thorough way.

Added for additional protection. Reasonable price for it.

No worries about future problems even with furniture.

4 yrs ago I purchased a High End Sony TV, and purchased the 5-Year Protection Plan. It paid off, when that TV stopped working. Geek Squad came out, advised the TV had to be replaced. Went to Best Buy, got the Protection Plan value, and ended up getting a 75” and a 55” for the bedroom. And a gift card voucher with the remainder of the $$. Didn’t hesitate to add the Protection Plan to both TVs.

ALWAYS WISE to get this service. Wonderful TV , size, shape, excellent definition, light in weight, fits anywhere, PERFECT for a small place!

Have not used it yet, but hope coverage is easy to use.

OLED is the way to go for amazing picture quality. The display is very thin, but thenbase is the heaviest part. Keep tyat in mind if you wallmount it. Habe a second person with you to help.
