I love the geek squad plan and I always make sure to buy from Best Buy in order to get the plan! Very easy to work with so far. I had a two year warranty on my fancy coffee maker, and when it broke. They literally refunded me right away to purchase another one. I bought this plan for my dishwasher as well, and for my three 70" TVs.

I usually never buy a service plan but I did with the purchase of my new television. It's for "just in case". Hopefully I will never need to use it and if I do it was worth the price!

I had another T= that broke and I didn’t purchase the protection so I am not making that mistake again. I always purchase it for all my son gaming gear and it is phenomenal. I get a replacement immediately with no hassle. It is so worth it

I've have received nothing but fabulous service from the Geek Squad. I highly suggest them!

I haven't had to use the protection plan, but it's coverage is robust and puts my worries at ease.

There are NO electronics purchased in my household without a Geek Squad protection. I have never been disappointed in the quality of service for ANY needs. There are NO stupid questions - they answer them and walk you through issues if possible. If not, they make an appointment for you to take you item in (or come to the house if necessary) to resolve the issue. Definitely worth the price...foolish not to add it to any large item you purchase.

Got it for protection as my last tv was done after a ppwer outtage at the 3 year mark

The agents came out to my home to see if there was a problem with my television. As well they came out to my home to help me find a replacement tv and delivered my new tv.

Haven’t had any problems with my TV.. yet but if I do I will love to see what it covers I’m sure it’s very worth it you never know what could happen

Always great to have some protection and help in case anythign happens. Geek Squad are a massive help.

I'm always questioning my self when I have to purchase protection for my large purchases. I purchased the protection to one of my TV's 3 years ago and my TV started to flicker. I called to get it service, however they could not fix it and my TV was replaced!!! You may not ever use the service but it sure was nice to have it when you need it.

I love geek service, but i dont think I needed it for my lg g3 tv. So i canceled it

Great and helpful. Knowledgeable and friendly. If you have questions they have answers. If they don’t have an answer they’ll look into it.
