I think it is a 50/50 thing when it comes to warranty and Geek squad. The tv is expensive under a good discount. Getting a warranty is not a bad idea. Seriously what if…! Just like to be on the safe side.

The first TV worked for about 4 days and had to be returned. I have had this TV for about 6 month’s and have had no issues so far. Best Buy picked up the bad Tv and brought me the new Tv to my residence and I live about 1 1/2 away from any Best Buy.

You gotta have protection for your products. I understand we have the warranty from Lg tv but, you can never be too safe now a days. That’s the reason I bought the extended protection plan through Best Buy and it’s well worth it

I mean, what can I say? I haven't used the 5 year warranty yet, but it is wonderful peace of mind for an expensive TV. The cost-benefit ratio works out for me. Even if I don't use it, I don't have to worry, and that is worth the cost to me.

The only protection plan that covers Burn In!! Definitely worth it for peace of mind when purchasing an OLED TV!!

Replaced the screen on my 55" LG OLED due to 'burn-in'. Get the warranty when you buy this product, it will save you a LOT of money down the line! Guys were in and out inside 45 mins! Thank you Geek Squad!

Really expensive for a 77" OLED but you need a warranty with something this pricey. Ive had issues in the past with tvs and BB warranty and geek squad were always great

I have used this service for the last 10 years and have had excellent results from them. They are experienced, knowledgeable and operate professionally.

Got the 5 year protection because my previous TV died shortly after 3 years! Thankfully I have not needed the Geek Squad but the one experience I did have went well and was very professional.

I believe the protection plan is a must have for expensive tech that you plan on keeping for years to come. In the past, I had to make claims a few times on my products and the geek squad always corrected the issue.

GS always great. They are always great. I have had them come out for a few different appliances, my dryer more than once.

The agents were nice and friendly. They helped me setup my tv with ease within 30 minutes. They were quick and professional about it. I would highly recommend having geek squad help with setting up your TV. It worth it

When I purchased a new computer for myself, I also bought one for my mom, who lives 700 miles away. I purchased the geek squad access for our computers, and when my mom has needed some help, I don't have to try to talk her through it over the phone - she can take her computer to her local best buy!

Don't think about but it just buy it. Worth the price
