I purchased in 2018 when I bought a Samsung smart TV, I haven’t had to use it yet. But it’s like with any other warranty or “insurance” it’s a hypothetical if something goes wrong.

I only had the tv for four months and pixels blew on it, without the 2 year protection plan I wouldn't have been able to get this fixed! But it was hassle free and worth the money!
