I bought it, but I did not used yet, but it is important to have for security.

Purchased his plan for my new TV and I hope I don’t have to use it. In the past I have had to work with Geek Squad and they have been phenomenal.

We are very pleased that we decided to go with the 5 year protection plan for our new tv. It just made good sense, because "you just never know!"

Feeling like there is a weight off my shoulders with the protection of the the geek squad agreement we bought.

Installed myself but protection program is affordable and easy to use if needed.

I hope I never need to use this, so far so good. I always get the extended insurance just in case.

I normally don’t get extra warranty but in this case I did because it is an expensive purchase. Doesn’t protect damage from fals though.

Never know when you need an expert. I am so glad to have them on call.

When you buy it you will not suffering more with your product in the future especially if you need any maintenance.

Added protection from manufacturers warranty. Had another LG TV, never had any issues.

No matter which product you buy , I always purchase the geek squad protection, better safe than sorry

Although having geek squad protection, after my last incident with my sons Nintendo switch and the ignorant help we got at geek squad, I was very hesitant to get 5 years protection on our new product. The longer you have your geek squad protection the less it seems to protect your as your protection comes to an end. As I learned from our Nintendo switch experience our protection was not a satisfying purchase. More of a scary purchase and no trust in geek squad protection if I need it.
