It’s been working great so far as my secondary freezer

I think all major purchases should have a warranty on them. I never buy without one.

Delivery was good and delivery guys were friendly and haul off was good as well

After several unsuccessful trips from an "expert" refrigerator repair service with no fix and $$$ food ruined $$$, I ended up buying a new GE from Best Buy and did not hesitate to buy the 5-Year Geek Squad Protection Plan!!! In addition to great coverage for the refrigerator, it gives up to $200 for ruined food. No stress. Amen!!!

I purchased refrigerator that was delivered Jan 4th. I woke you this morning to what I thought was the lawn man outside my window. To my unpleasant surprise, it was my $2699 Samsung refrigerator sounding like a mower. I called Best Buy and was informed that even with the $299 Geek Squad protection plan it's nothing they could do because the first year everything is covered by the manufacturer. My protection plan started on the day of delivery which means for the first year my Geek Squad protection plan is for nothing. For all of my other appliances Geek Squad has been 100% on point, for the fridge not so much.

It’s always good to get an extended warranty. With the purchase of my new upright freezer during COVID it was a no brainer. Not only am I good for 5 years if something goes but the warranty covers spoil food too (up to a certain amount).

Given the life expectancy of my purchase, adding the 3-year plan would make it well worth the price of the appliance and the extra warranty.

Geek squad is great ! why would'nt you get this for your purchases. We ve used it 2x on particular products and Best Buy was amazing.

I have had great luck with Geek Squad any issues I have had they always resolved. I was skeptical as usually you get screwed on warranty buys however I would buy this one every time

I just got a 3-year protection for my LG refrigerator, and will renew it before it's expiration. If something goes wrong, I am confident that Geek Squad will be easy to contact with for any questions or help that I need.

Geek Squad standard protection is a must have. I haven’t had to use it yet with my new ‘ ‘fridge, but the professionalism and expertise with other purchases make me want to recommend the Geek Squad.

I can't really say on this particular purchase because they forgot to put our refrigerator on the truck! We'd been waiting about 7-8 weeks and had been living out of an ice chest for 3. Needless to say, we bought a much nicer refrigerator from a different store.

We purchased this extended warranty for the refrigerator since it seems to have many electronic parts.

Bought the refrigerator as a gift for my mother. Very spacious for its size. The all black exteroir is shiney and easy to clean. Overall, the refrigerator looks and works great!

excellent product plenty of space inside, the only bad thing is that the bottom door almost reaches the ground and hits your foot if you are too close.
