Honestly, most of the refrigerators out there do not get good reviews on the ice makers, so buy the 5 year protection was a no-brainer. For what we paid for this unit, i'm confident that we would come out ahead if there were ever an issue.

The technician was able to Mount my TV’s and got them set up for programming. Was through in explaining how to use the applications and how to use the remote. Very professional.

The geek squad person was able to resolve my refrigerator problem immediately and was able to detect the other issues with the new refrigerator and resolved it. if your buying a product from bestbuy, then buy geek squad protection too..very reliable
