I called in a service call due to one door being hung lower than the other. Tech came and adjusted the doors but now it clicks due to the tension. He said its one or the other.

I purchased this with my refrigerator to be on the safe side. I have had to use my geek squad protection before on televisions and it definitely saved me a ton of money.

Frig was repaired in a timely Manner, and product was replaced after it was declared a "lemon". However, we could not get the g. Squad to render the white glove service on the new frig. because they had already performed it on the original frig. Since we are in our 70's, setting up the family hub is way above our expertise. This oversight may very well be because they don't deal with lemons very often.

I must say that best buy has the best warranty in the market. You can't go wrong with their warranty.

Had Geek Squad coverage on a refrigerator. The ice maker went out three times and they let us pick out a new refrigerator for the same price we paid.
