The agent installed my refrigerator and it is working great. I had to take all the plastic and out the shelves up.

So far so good I always think it’s good to get geek squad fir your your protection if your purchase

the best option to pay for the protection .. because the minimum problem will solve the problem right away

Geek Squad are excellent. I recommend buying the extended warranty as utilizing the squad when necessary.

I can't recommend Geek Squad Warranties (or TotalTech) on large appliances. Their scheduling is a mess. First, they try setting up an appointment for a Geek Squad employee to come on Tuesday. They're supposed to call on Monday to set up a time window. They never called and never showed. So I called back on Wednesday and now they scheduled it with a third-party company. When I say "schedule", that just means Geek Squad sends them a request. The schedule is actually up to the other company, but they called to work out the real schedule. When the third party company arrives, they tell me they don't work with Geek Squad warranty. Geek Squad needs to send one of their own technicians, not from a third party company. When I call Geek Squad back and tell them the whole story, they just try scheduling with the third party company again. Round and round we go. Ask for a supervisor; sometimes that helps.
