I have had nothing but good luck with my home appleinces over the years but, I get the protection for piece of mind. I am very pleased the the price.

Thankfully I had this and that saved me to cover my new refrigerator cost when my new LG model went to irreparable condition within 2yrs. This plan helps a lot to have peaceful mind but getting to the customer care and process will take it forever. I might has in total wasted almost 2 days in my life trying to get hold of someone and to process our claims!!!

fridge issues....GS did their best to fix issue. In the end, it was replaced entirely. So worth it since $2500 fridge was only less 1.5 yrs old.
