    Freezer/Fridge went out on the evening of 4/22. Called Geek Squad around 9:50 PM, but they sent me over to LG because they weren't doing repairs. LG was closed. Called again on the morning of 4/23. Said they might be able to get someone out at the beginning of May. Told me to try LG. If I could get someone, they would reimburse me. So I will have to pay for the repairs IF they can be completed. Though we have lost $400-$500 of food already, I have some of it sitting on ice in the coolers that we had around the house last night. So I have to now have to tend to the coolers for 2 or more weeks? It says "We fix it or replace it." on the website? I didn't see "We fix it, or we will fix it in a few weeks, or we will let you find someone else to fix it." Now I'm getting a tech from from LG on the 28th. They "may or may not have the correct part" so they might have to come out again.
