    Geek Squad taking way too long

    My fridge broke and after I FINALLY got a hold of someone to come out (after waiting five days), the Geek Squad is "thinking about" whether to replace my fridge or not. Meanwhile, we are eating every single meal out, which is really expensive and inconvenient.

    Meh, geek squad is ok. Sometimes they aren't knowledgeable about issues. But, i wouldn't waste my time.

    I purchase from Best Buy less than 1 month and it stopped working #Samsung 4-door refrigerator counter depth ( i also pay for geek squad protection ) I need to wait for a 3 weeks to fix my refrigerator no appointment available

    I can’t Believe I called for service, and the said don’t have any schedule available, I spoke with the supervisor and him told me same things, how is possible you sell services and when you request for that they said is nobody available to fix my issues

    Offered this service for a Samsung product. After being transferred countless times I learned that the geek squad doesn’t cover Samsung items. Samsung has their own technicians and a horrible process

    Geek squad protection doesn’t work the first year they make u go through manufacture warranty then u have to go through them a year after so technically u pay for 3 years and u only get 2 and they beat around the bush to get you a solution they are not helpful

    Added protection.. originally not added to original purchase. The rep did not mention it. Had to go back to fix and took 3 months for it to be reflected and corrected as part of promotion on statement.

    The guy was great when he finally got here three months later. Then I had another calibration set up. They never could get me scheduled then took my calibration fee and never calibrated it. I also asked for the setting they used the first time and he said he would email it and never did and never replied back to my calls. The calibrations were great but the service was terrible.

    still not fixed....Before I made my purchase I verified and double checked with the salesman and the manager to make sure I had coverage in my area. They said yes.....well not the case. They are making it right by replacing the fridge.

    read well what they charge they do not always want to cover everything they have policies that at the time of selling they do not inform only and whole when you are going to change the product or have the problem.

    Agents came to see why ice wasn't working. They didn't pull refrigerator out to see if connection was correct. They didn't look to see if ice button needed to be put on. They just said it was faulty. It was not faulty. We, ourselves figured it out. The phone customer service is horrible too. Not looking forward to using them in case we should need them.

    Don't be buy geek squad extended warranties bad service they came 3 times to fix my refrigerator and they still don't want to give me a new fridge it's been like 8 weeks without a refrigerator
