    Handle broke within 7 months won't fix

    This thing is worthless. My handle broke just opening it. The door was always hard to open. Filed a claim was told that this was not covered. So spent an extra 100 buck for nothing.

    I purchased extended protection on my refrigerator now they refused to service it, claiming whirlpool needs to fix it. I am very sick of this will be reporting my case to the BBB.

    In several occasions I thought the compressor makes unusual noise and it is almost always on. I called GS several times on multiple days to no avail. I finally called LG!

    Difficult to make an appointment. Why?

    Too much time on the phone. 40 minutes to make an appointment for refrigerator repair. Had to listen to terrible muzak. It took BB about 2 minutes to accept my $500 for coverage. Why the delay on this end?

    I was told that we could renew the warranty for another 3 years, Best Buy decided to change that last year!! so now I'm told no renewal. this was key for me, No more appliance purchase from best buy for me. ill take my business elsewere

    In working to schedule a refrigerator repair under warrranty - the soonest appt was 7 days out with a refrigerant leak - buyer beware, this is not proactive warranty service.

    They send out a 3rd party installer, repairman that does not now what they are fixing or they can not understand English or talk English. It was a waste of my money

    The agent is rude. When I called for help. They said they cannot help. contact factory please. Geek squad protection plan is completely waste of money.

    Haven't used the warranty yet. It is very expensive, but you cannot afford not to have it just in case something goes wrong.

    How the heck do I get my refrigerator doors rever

    As of today I have made 4 appointments including that day of delivery and I still have a refrigerator that opens the wrong way. I was just told that there are no customer service supervisors because they are working from home. As soon as I find the link to cancel my protection plan I am going to and use the money to hire someone that will do the job.

    Terrible service hours of waiting still waiting on a replacement refrigerator it’ll be almost 3 weeks without one they do not get in any hurry. I will not purchase anything major from Best Buy again the additional warranty waste of money

    Refrigerator issues , geek squad

    Really bad service dont even know what they are checking just wasted my time and werent even able to help me at all. Lost $400 dollars of groceries do to this issue

    I wish I could. THey cancelled my policy without my knowlege when they delivered a broken product and chose to cancel my entire order rather then just the refrigerator.

    3 techs came on different occasions and still can't fixed the issue and when you call geek squad for the extended warranty you purchased, it will take you forever and will dropped your call intentionally...so this is not worth buying

    Never got the warranty transferred

    Never has the warranty transferred to the new fridge from the damaged one that was delivered the first time. It was told that it would be and I find out just recently that it wasn’t. Will not purchase appliances or warranty from here again

    Don't purchase the extended warranty

    Warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. The refrigerator leaked and ruined my kitchen floor. The refrigerator was returned but somehow lost at the Best But Warehouse. I had to file a claim on my homeowners policy to cover the damages caused by the leak
