freezer is fine. delivery issue/damage. past reviews indicate same thing. if the freezer is lifted via straps, the strap WILL BEND the vent cover over the compressor. otherwise all is good. The BB chat area is not much help. Very slow to respond. Chat wants me return to BB for repair? absurd. It took at the least 2 guys to lift with straps! 3 star only because of chat agent, otherwise 4 star.

I have had this freezer for five maybe six years it has been amazing. I’ve never had a problem with it. It outlived the warranty. It just recently died. Definitely would get another one. Loved it. Highly recommend.

Always a worthwhile investment, especially considering how some manufacturers work fails.

Great product, I just cant understand why they didn't make the tiniest of adjustments to allow for a standard bottle of chardonnay to fit on each of the shelves without having to remove a shelf. How can a wine cooler not fit a standard bottle of chardonnay?????

It’s been a great experience with this plan luckily I had the opportunity to get the Total Tech plan to supplement my expired plan.

At the time of purchase, freezer meet my needs. Freezer is doing well and has been able to provide temporary solutions.

I usually buy extra protection when I buy a big purchase just to have peace of mind. No complains is just a good deal to pass

It's good coverage for what it does cover, but I would strongly suggest to read the entire warranty before filing a claim. Somethings aren't covered, I'm not sure if Best Buy offers one for major kitchen appliance that does.

I purchased an LG refrigerator with a 3 year Geek Squad service plan. Earlier this year, my ice maker stopped working and i called for service. The diognostic apointment was conducted in August of 2024 and the ice maker was repaired approximately a month later. I was concerned because my service plan was close to conclusion in September but as the issue was identified prior to the termination of the contract, the repair was completed. My service contract with Best Buy then ended. Approximately 5-6 six months later the new part that was installed completely failed. I contacted best buy and they said they would provide service but i was responsible for all expenses related to the service call and repair. The customer service representative agreed that LG should have a one year warranty on repair parts but told me i had to call LG. I contacted LG and they have no record of the part being replaced on my refrigerator and could not offer any assistance. I am now forced to pay several hundred dollars to have a part replaced that was just replaced 6 months ago. In the future i will stick with product service plans directly issued by the manufacturer and i would recommend others do the same.
