    Dont buy samsung family hub french door defective and cant be fixed the loss of food is immense bbb to appliance center for repairs sending 8 unqualified people to my house they dont even have tools waiting now almost a year for replacement no5hing has been done nothing will be done and best buy doesnt care and the appliance company just keep pushing your service time out until u run out of warranty shrewd business no oversite buyer be ware

    This refrigerator is a piece of junk and definitely not worth the money. The noise is unbearable and constant. If you want to watch tv or sleep, beware, you won’t be able to if you purchase this refrigerator. Constant condensation inside of the refrigerator and the ice maker is a piece of junk. Have this refrigerator only one week and nothing but problems. I already have buyers remorse and will be stuck with it, trust me you will be sorry if you purchase it.

    DO NOT BUY THIS BEAUTIFUL WORTHLESS BOX. I say it’s a box because it doesn’t cool anything. We purchased this unit at almost 4k only 18 mths ago. We had to replace the ice maker before it was a year old. All the boards, fan motors have been replaced. It now has a Freon leak that is not repairable!! Don’t buy a box that cost more than my 1st car that didn’t last 2 years!!!!

    ITS BEEN 3 DAYS DEALING WITH Best Buy FOR MY REFRIGERATOR PLAN I PURCHASED 12-28-2017 5 YEARS. ONE OF THEM TOLD MER CANT FIND EXTENDED WARRANTY ONE OG THEM TOLD ME ITS EXPIRED ,ON OF THEM SAYS IT LOOKES LIKE DIDN'T GENERATED I HAVE LOTS OF FOOD IN ,NO ONE HELPING ME I HAVE ALL ORDER NUMBER FOR REFRIGERATOR AND EXTENDED WARRANTY I AM TOTALY NO HAPPY

    They use third party for repair (not Geek Squad)

    Horrible service in 2020 when my refrigerator died. They use a third party (A&E- the struggling Sears) for repairs. I had to wait long time for the repair. So be careful when you are buying the protection agreement. I heard that Abt send their own repair tech to your house, so you might like to buy appliances from Abt. All of my appliance are from Best Buy but I am not sure if I'll be buying any more appliances from Best Buy

    I ordered a new refrigerator. What arrived was a used certified refrigerator. I think this was a warehouse scam and they dropped off my refrigerator to someone who purchased a certified one. Here I am going on numerous weeks being promised of cancellation and am still being billed and promised call backs and nothing. Now I am on hold for agent, AGAIN!

    My refrigerator randomly stopped cooling after 2 years. Luckily, I bought a 3 year warranty. I called the number on the warranty. They say it's the wrong number and give me Whirlpool's number to call. Whirlpool is wondering why I'm calling them and give me Geek Squad's number to call. Geek squad says they use some outsourced repair service and is now making me "wait 24 hours for a call from them to set up an appointment". Why is getting the service I paid for so difficult? Just let me set up an appointment...

    Geek Squad Failure! Please use someone else!

    PLEASE PAY SOMEONE ELSE! They will probably do their job unlike GEEK SQUAD! Ordered a fridge and they didn't deliver it on the day they promised. I received text messages throughout the day to "get ready" and then they didn't show. A week later they did deliver it but wouldn't hook it up. Said my ice maker valve was "dripping". But they were to install an ice maker so it didn't matter. Oh no - not to them! Now I have to pay someone else to do their job! Really?? Amazing they are still in business.

    Don't get a Samsung fridge or trust the warranty

    Our Samsung fridge for years kept over freezing causing the fan to hit the ice, making noise similar to a plane propeller. They changed parts tons of times but the issue still continued and each time they'd say I dont qualify for a new fridge. Now, 3 years afer the warranty is over, we're dealing with the same issues... The qeek squad people are awesome but corporate are criminals

    I purchased a Frigidaire Freezer a month ago and also the Geek Squad 5 year extended contract. I am being told they cannot service my freezer for at least ten days and they have to go through a third party? Totally unacceptable and ready to cancel my warranty with them.

    Geek squad tried to deceive customers

    I bought 5 year warranty on November 26th 2017 and fridge broke down december 2021. I talked to the supervisor to het it fix urgently and he lied to me that my warranty has expired. I checked my order history and found out that supervisor was clearly lying. Similar thing happened 4 years ago when they falsely told me that my warranty has expired

    I completely understand about all this covid 19 going on, but to me it seems like geek squad representatives are NOT WILLING TO HELP whatsoever. I called because my TV screen busted, all Narcisse (phone rep) could do and say was, "if you didn't purchase any plan through geek squad or best buy we cannot help you." Well, maybe if she would of gotten my information down (serial number or whatever), I'm pretty sure I could of had way better assistance. I can't believe i had to be the one asking question, AS THEY DON'T SEEM TOO CONSIDERED ABOUT GETTING APPLIANCES FIXED. Also read about geek squad not wanting to help or guide a customer (which has geek squad protection) on how to get her refrigerator fixed?? I SUGGEST YOU CAREFULLY REVIEW AND ASK SEVERAL QUESTION BEFORE paying extra FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED.

    I can not believe I fell for the sales pitch on this useless protection before I read the reviews on this service!! DO NOT buy GS protection for any appliances from BB. Maybe for small items that you can bring back to store but not appliances. After 12 hours and multiple call to them and being put on hold, dropped, etc., I have spent more time cost wise on this back and forth calls than the cost of the refrigerator I bought for $1800! DO NOT BUY Geek Squad protection until they fix the entire program.

    The Best Buy guys were rude, lied to customer service about the delivery and left without putting the refrigerator in my house . Now im stuck with my refrigerator sitting in my garage and cant bring it in the house. Best Buy had the nerve to justify the delivery and i asked for a refund .

    Worst Expeeience...Geek Squad phone warranty

    I have been trying to get replacement phones for almost 3 weeks now and have provided all the documents and infotmation requested along with $500 for the two deductibles not to mention over 10 hrs on phone calls to get this resolved. When i call each day I get nowhere and the geek squad reps are puzzled and say there is nothing that can be done just have to wait. Whats yhe point of having the protection.....its absurd dont get it.

    If I could give zero stars for Samsung, I would. Fridge lasted 45 days before it died. Been without a working full size fridge for 15 days and now have to wait 10 days to get a refund. Absolutely zero customer concern from their team. I don't write reviews often, but feel compelled to warn people about this. DO NOT BUY THIS FRDIGE.

    Bought a 5 year plan and Best Buy still trying to send me to LG over compressor failure in the refrigerator. I did not buy the plan to call LG. Fridge lasted just under 4 years.

    Terrible Service, after waiting for a week for delivery, got a phone call to schedule the delivery a week from now, unacceptable Customer Service and agent refused to give me a manager to speak to.

    Fridge will not cool and has been repaired 4 times

    Fridge is nice but worthless. Has broken down on me 4 times and I have lost all of my stuff inside the fridge. Best buy never told me I could get reimburse until this last time. I will not buy this fridge again. Also my Freezer stopped working. First time repair was set out 2 weeks out, second time about same time. This last time they gave me a week out. I have no fridge and therefor I need to wait.
