I haven't had to use it, yet. After my previous washers lasting between 5-10 years, I'm hoping this will extend the life of the one I just purchased. Stay tuned.

I actually would have given this refrigerator 5 stars but it just didnt fit my family's needs. It is a great fridge for the price.

I purchased this extended plan for an insignia 21 cubic foot freezer. I did it more for a cautionary because I have never had a problem with any insignia products.

I got this to cover a TV for 5 more years so I don’t have to worry about something bad happening and having to buy a new one. Beat buy has always had the best service plans compared to other stores and it’s one of the main reasons I will always shop at best buy

Purchasing the Standard Geek Squad Protection has always provided me with a level of comfort. Hence, I recommend purchasing it in the event that issues develop.

It is spacious, nice size compartments, but no outside ice dispenser. Other than that, i highly recommend it.

So glad I purchased this extended warranty because the Samsung fridge is a total piece of poop. Definitely recommend getting the extended warranty for all purchases $500+ but do not recommend any Samsung appliances. Just to make it sting a little extra for me is that the Samsung fridge was a gift for my gf’s mom.

Always get the extended warranty for appliances because you never know. The price was cheaper than getting it through the appliance manufacturer, plus I have never ever had a problem with the geek squad protection plans

Good idea to get something like this to protect your purchases

Even if I never make a claim on this protection plan, the price was reasonable enough that the cost will justify the peace of mind I will have over the next five years. I've used the Best Buy & Geek Squad protection plans in the past and am very impressed with how the work. And I love my new LG fridge so much that I'm really hoping that I never do have to make a claim. The peace of mind for the next five years is well worth the cost.

They delivered my freezer in excellent condition and helped put it in the house. I love my deep freezer and glad I bought it from Best Buy!

I asked to add an extended warranty when I ordered the refrigerator. I found out that didn't happen. So I called Geek Squad on June 2 to purchase extended warranty. When I received my email receipt, it looks like the warranty was post dated to the date of purchase of the refrigerator, not the actual day I purchased the extended warranty.

Installed my refrigerator. It was not easy to get it into the house. But they were willing to trouble shoot when necessary.

The refrigerator was very spacious and the young lady that helped me chose the correct one was very knowledgeable

If you purchase a Samsung product get the Geek Squad warranty. I own all Samsung appliances (Microwave with hood exhaust, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator) in my kitchen. Dishwasher went down after manufacturer warranty expired. This warranty goes beyond Manufactures warranty. "Damed if you do, Damed if you don't"
