Love the refrigerator and the customer service experience. The fridge was used and not open box. Still love it !

Easy to setup a Service Request in case something breaks down.

Purchased this when we bought our refrigerator about a year ago. So far, we have not had to use it.

While the protection is worth the expense, if you have a Total Tech account, you get an even better deal. For a brand new item over $200, I always go for the protection plan. Best Buy has always been responsive when I have encountered any unexpected problems.

Had ice maker problems, one call and appointment made, no questions and in less than 10 days repair completed, no more issues

The specs were perfect. The refrigerator fit exactly where I wanted it to, it looks sharp, and there is pleanty of space on both sides

I purchased the Geek squad protection plan cause three years ago I had brought a Lg refrigerator and it was a piece of crap and my Geek squad protection plan had save me thousands of dollars. So that's why I had purchased the Geek squad protection plan again

I AM ENJOYING THE DOOR IN DOOR FUNCTION. THE DOUBLE ICE MAKER IS ALSO VERY HANDY WHEN EXTRA ICE IS NEEDED. PLENTY OF STORAGE SPACE INSIDE AND I LOVE THE SLIDE OUT DRAWER IN THE BOTTOM OF THE REFRIGERATOR. WE LOOKED AT MANY MAKES AND MODELS OF REFRIGERATORS AND THIS ONE DEFINITELY HAS THE MOST BANG FOR THE BUCK! NO REGRETS PURCHASING THIS REFRIGERATOR.

Geek Squad protection is the way to go. They have helped with other appliances in the past and did a great job!

The guys were very careful in the installation process as they had little room to maneuver in removing the old unit and installing the new unit. Took their time to ensure that no damage would occur during the removal and installation of the new unit.

Geek squad is very well staffed and has people that actually know what they are talking about.

I would recommend extend warranty to anyone buying anything over one hundred dollars because boom you get it replaced just like that and then you just purchase another warranty for the new product. You just never know when something will break

Ordered and paid cash on 6.17.25 was told delivery fee. Because the store is like 20 miles from my home. Said will be delivered on 7.5.25 (ok, so we arent celebrating the 4th camping with the rest of family). Got home. Got a msg one of my items wont be available until 7.17.25. I got a text msg yesterday to make sure room for appliances on 7.5.25 del. Between 7a-7p and day beforethey send me smaller window. Got txt today to schedule del for /7.19.25. I called, got run around from an accent i couldnt really understand. Long story. No del til 7.19.25. (If it arrives then? They have my cash... and the store doesnt take phone calls anymore. They should refund my money and pay me since i have to go back to store for my $$$$.

I just got a 3-year protection for my LG refrigerator, and will renew it before it's expiration. If something goes wrong, I am confident that Geek Squad will be easy to contact with for any questions or help that I need.

Bought my refrigerator open box and add the warranty. After 2 years I had a problem with the water filter, I call, 1 or 2 days after the show up after 1hour done. They replace the part with 0zero cust and my refrigerator is up and running like a charm:)
