Purchased the 3yr plan to go with my brand new fridge. Haven’t had to use it yet as the fridge was just delivered this past weekend on 18Apr2021. Fridge was delivered smoothly and installed.

love my refrigerator has lot of room in both part I like the ice maker is on the door of the freezer and the small door open up for small iteams or large items save on engery

My refrigerator was installed quickly, and the gentleman were very friendly. They also hauled off use old refrigerator. They were fast and efficient

Worker explained the process of the 3year geek squad protection plan and if anything went wrong with them item we bought, the protection will take affect until the expiration date stated on the plan.

Horrible!!! The water tasted bad after putting in a new water filter. Put in a work order, they came out and said it was the water line connector that's causing the bad tastes in the water. They do not services anything attached to the refrigerator. The warranty only covered what is build on the refrigerator. Replaced a new water line connector, the water still tasted bad.

This is a very good fridge it’s roomy I can fit all my items in it perfectly

Glad to have this just in case anything goes wrong. When they have come out in the past, they have always done a good job.

I haven't needed to use it but figured I'd purchase the 5 year plan. covers just about anything if it goes out. my old refrigerator didn't have it and just to have it looked at cost the price of the 5 year plan. hope I don't have to use it but glad I have in just in case.

This fridge is by far one of the best ones we have had. Freezer and fridge space is huge!

My previous well known branded refrigerator had cooling issues. So I purchased a new refrigerator. For peace of mind, I also purchased two years of extra warranty. I hope I don't have to use this service.

Great customer service, it is worth getting protected had issues in the pass and they don’t make it complicated but easy and fast to fix!

Haven’t had to use the warranty as of yet the fridge is to new.

Because of the expense of the refrigerator and the fact that it was a built in unit I felt it was prudent to purchase Best Buy's extended warranty.
