It will come in handy for my freezer! I think BB should have a bundle price for all the household gadgets we purchase instead of buying every time we purchase something new!

Have purchased in past and they came through. Received a new refrigerator due to original being deemed irreparable.

The folks were very professional. They were prompt. Professional in all aspects. Asked if there were questions. Told us how to contact them if anything came up.

We always recommend Geek Squad Protection for large and/or expensive items. We have found it worth it in the long run.

Hope we do not need this extra warranty service but good to have in case

Bought this on a open box refrigerator... fridge looked great but you never know what could of happened between it being opened, returned and put back out for sale. That's a lot of back and forth. Now I'm not too worried about it because I know I'm covered.

I got 3 years protection for my refrigerator which I used once already and they completely exchanged the refrigerator.

My daughter really enjoying her new refrigerator. This product works well for her and her two children. It has enough room to put all of her food inside of it. Now she wants a matching microwave.

The 5-year protection plan seems good for durable goods (like refridgerators) - I've had shorter plans for other products and have not had to use them because there have not been problems with the products. I assume that BestBuy provides the service it propmises.

Bought for my refrigerator extended warranty for 5yrs. It was a little pricey and haven’t used it as I just got my fridge but hope it comes in handy when I need it.
