Geek sqaud always has my back with any devices or appliances i purchase at best buy. Its a no brainer when it comes to adding protection. All good experiences here.

I hope I never need it, but when a refrigerator costs over $3k I feel like it's a good value. The geek squad seems to always go the extra mile to make customers happy.

Ya Never Know. Warranty extension is well worth the cost for the IF in life. Just a service call would meet your investment in an extended warranty. Worth every penny.

Can't say much as I haven't had to use Geek Squad to help with anything so 5 stars for now.

I purchase the extended protection plan, hoping to not to use it but if I need it I know it will be there for me.

Very helpful and organized. We were able to get appointments right away to fix our appliance.

I have used the Geek Squad service to mount my TVs, check my web connectivity and install cameras. My husband is not handy so it really helps to have someone to count on to rectify issues and do updates.

The agent install our ref when they delivered since the we don't have any problem at all, the refrigerator was shiny and it easy to clean

Geek Squad Protection Plan is a no brainer. Came out several times for issues I was having ordered the parts I needed and fixed the issues I had.
