They did move it in place for me. I ended up installing the plumbers tape and screwed in the water line. They did offer to return the service fee.

They won’t cover something if it’s still under manufacturers warranty. I bought a Samsung Fridge (never again) and had food spoilage. They reimbursed me quickly for this.

I didn't really try them until I owned my own appliances. Glad I have them. they are responsive. you called them, they come to see you the next day and solve the problem. Highly recommended.
