Ice dispenser is pathetically slow. Everything is ok.

Extended warranty is great. We were able to get this new refrigerator under the warranty or prior unit that did not work correctly.

I purchased a new French Door Samsung refrigerator, and decided that the 5 years extension was a fair price. I'm happy with the purchase and the peace of mind that goes with it. The salesperson was great, and very honest!

The agents had to set up the refrigerator. Then it was not keeping cold so came back and took it out and replaced with another one. Very good service.

Fridge is cool, keep food fresh, keep you updated on groceries need, inform when food needs to be thrown away and easy to clean. Best purchase

Just purchased the GEEK squad for my refrigerator for 5 years but it’s expensive if I never have to use it - you may feel waste of time if you don’t break.

bought the service plan customer service let me buy though it had been almost 60 days since purchased bought the kitchen aid refrigerator on an open box deal at $1050 discount of 2800. stole another at best buy lol

I bought this protection plan for my new refrigerator. I like it because it covers my refrigerator after the manufacturer warranty expires.

I bought a $3k+ appliance and the BestBuy warranty is short bucks with better and longer coverage than the manufacturer. As with all warranties, I hope to never use it, but it's easier to work with BB than some manufacturers.

Unlike many warranty programs, Best Buy provides great support and coverage for a great value. Either they repair it in the store fairly quickly or simply replace the item with no questions or hassling. Highly recommended!
