    We had a previous plan that allowed us to receive a new refrig. Our old refrig was a lemon. We learned from this. Plan paid for itself several times over. thanks

    All in all, this is a very nice fridge. We had a problem after awhile with the ice maker though. Had it replaced free because we were under warrenty. The real issues we had were with the delivery people. The rudest and most incompetent people we've ever dealt with. The morons almost flooded our kitchen after they left. No one at the Geek Squad could help us. I had to personally go to the store and speak with a manager who gave us a small compensation. I will probably not buy any large appliances from Best Buy anymore. Too many problems with delivery people and customer service.

    I wouldn't make a purchase of an expensive appliance without the 5 yr plan! Divide the cost of the plan by 60 months. Its a no brainer!!!

    Compare the rate to Homedepot warranty they are by far the best in price. Installation was fast and easy. Communication was very well.
