Was told we should purchase an extended warranty on all our appliances by friends because many fridges will start having issues within a year or two.

This has saved us tons of money on little minor repairs here and there!

Excellent Service!!! No doubt about it. We had issues with Refrigerator and dryer, Geek Squad technicians fixed all these issues with no charge.

I love the fact that I purchased this extra protection, the ice maker broke and I was able to get it fixed. The coronavirus added a hick up, but Ingot it done.

Great deal on the protection plan. BestBuy has great service and now my Mom doesn’t have to worry...if something goes wrong BestBuy will fix it.

Sadly have had some prior urchases fail but Geeksquad is easy to arrange repair and replacement more than once. Worth the money on an expensive purchase.

My husband is remodeling our kitchen and chose this fridge as a wonderful addition to the new kitchen. It looks great and is very spacious. The only things I would like it to have is moveable door shelves and maybe a third drawer.

I was given no hassle at all when I called. They were very helpful from the beginning and followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied.

I always buy extra protection on all of my products... Everytime I've had a problem...Geek squad solved it quickly...

I'll let you know after I call them out to fix the main door again. It doesn't stay open and will "drift" back to the closing position which causes a problem when I am trying to load or retrieve stuff. A quiet unit, much quieter than my previous Samsung (7 years old). Has great features like one of the two bottom drawers can be used as a fridge area (to chill wine) or can be a freezer, depending on how I want to program it.

I always get the geek squad protection on everything I buy.
