I hope I never need to use this , however I think having the knowledge that Best Buy is the provider means they stand behind what they sell.

I really like the geek squad plan because they look up by phone number and have all your information, you don’t have to find that receipt

I buy insurance for every electronic I purchase. When my 45" TV went a few months before the end of my 5 year warranty, I was able to replace it with a bigger brand new one, at no charge. What a deal!

The refrigerator is missing the deli drawer. I can’t get in touch with customer support to replace it. DONT purchase from Best Buy. Their customer support agents don’t answer the phone.

Great 3-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. My new refrigerator has a lot of electronics on it with the touch screen and applications. Peace of mind.

I hope I won't have to use it but it is good to have one. Our last fridge broke and we gave 250 to a tech and even then it was not fixed.
