I have found so much value at purchasing this protection - I have used it a few times and Best Buy is great at replacing the items!

The agent installed my slide in range and recommended I turn the oven on first before using it to get the factory oil and grease off of it.

Warranty protection offers the best solution if the hardware fails to operate normally. Large appliances are expensive for repair and may exceed the protection plan cost.

Had to return refrigerator, no refund was allowed, so bought plan

The refrigerator is missing the deli drawer. I can’t get in touch with customer support to replace it. DONT purchase from Best Buy. Their customer support agents don’t answer the phone.

Extended warranties are a necessary evil for major appliances. What I do like about them now is that they are renewable when they are about to expire. Will definitely be doing that when the time comes.

Always some ease of having Geek Squad services on hand for the products I buy. I feel confident and get best of the item.
