Not a good experience!

Geek squad installed my refrigerator

It's always frustrating to feel neglected and like your time was wasted. We understand we're having long wait times due to a much higher call volume. So for the time being, I'd recommend reaching out to your local Best Buy store as they should be able to set up an in home diagnosis, which is covered within your protection. I hope this helps. Was supposed to get a refund never received!
