We canceled the warranty when we canceled the refrigerator order

Haven't had a need for this yet either but, let y'all know if conditions change.

Some times they fix the problem and they are friendly

Large refrigerator space for vegetables and fruit. Freezer easy access and large ice bin.

The option to add a 3-year warranty was a great bonus. It gave me extra peace of mind knowing the Insignia refrigerator is protected beyond the standard coverage. The process was simple, clearly explained, and well worth it for the added security.

I’m very satisfied with the extended warranty. I actually had to use it, and the process was very easy and smooth. Everything was handled quickly and without any hassle. It gave me peace of mind, and the service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this extended warranty.

Okay, so I bought this as a open box from the Houston location. I was first impressed with the employees very friendly. The unit was explained to me not that I really needed it. This thing is very quiet you really are not able to tell that it is running. I really love the lighting in both sides. This really appears to be well insulated and built well. integrating with the app and fridge went well no issues. It did take a bit for it to start making ice, but by the time I got home from work today 3 ice balls have been made, and the ice cube hopper is full. When I went to LG to register this unit I was surprised to see that I would get another year of warranty for free. I have this for a very short time so far I am impressed. As it stands, I would buy this again if I needed another one. While there are not door handles, I do not need any. The doors are easily opened the knock feature for the glass panel is not really needed for me. I can see where it may be useful for others. It does drive my dogs crazy when I knock on the glass they think someone is at my door.

Never used to buy these. Then we had a television and two new appliances (all name brand) crap out within 18-24 months after replacing 30+ year old units. Consider it.

These guys are awesome! I discovered years ago that I am not intuitive regarding much of the geek-speak involved with today's technology so I rely on the Geek Squad to get me working with the latest and greatest!

Solid warranty and would recommend for most items. I typically get these warranties for my open box purchased from Best Buy just to increase the peace of mind and make sure the item is protected. I do recommend

Help me with my phone I Google some scammer we call Google and some scammer took over my phone and stole three credit cards and I had it debugged by the geek squad

Needed help with my tablet and it something so simple for them to do the service man didn’t even have to get out of his chair to fix it. They are so knowledgeable about everything!!

Haven't had to use it, but i am happy to have it. You never know when things will stop working, and good piece of mind to know there's protection for it.

Seems to be a great value. I hope I never need it.
