The agents had to set up the refrigerator. Then it was not keeping cold so came back and took it out and replaced with another one. Very good service.

A bit pricey, but worth the peace of mind for after the first year of manufacturer warranty expires.

They are very good at answering questions. They won’t cover something if it’s still under manufacturers warranty. I bought a Samsung Fridge (never again) and had food spoilage. They reimbursed me quickly for this.

I am a firm believer in getting extra protection on expensive appliances. They have come in handy more times.than not. Save your self the headache and money later on and get the extra protection. It is well worth it.

After my last experience with a Samsung refridgerator the 5 year warranty is necessary! Best Buy's offer was competitive and I was told they do not sub the work out like some competitors. Must have it, but I hope I never need it.

I'm glad that Best Buy offers an extended warranty, and for a good price. It's comforting to know that I will not have to worry about my parents being stuck with a repair bill if anything goes wrong with the refrigerator.
