Product protection with Best Buy is inexpensive peace of mind, especially for larger ticket items. I have not had to use this one, but it's good to know it's there if needed.

All I can say about the Geek Squad is Awesome, awesome service, awesome nothing more to say....reliable, knowledgeable, and again awesome.

Okay, if you like giving money away the Geek Squad protection is for you. When we purchased our fridge we were informed that the geek squad protection would take over once the factory warranty ended. Every time we had to have our fridge repaired we were told the geek squad guys were just all booked up and it would need to go thru whirlpool direct. After two dozen repairs we find out that the fridge - that should have been replaced - is no longer covered. So essentially we gave Best Buy money to fix a fridge that they never had any intention to fix and didn't even schedule the service to fix. The way this warranty works is complete garbage, the service on it is garbage, the customer service is garbage. Maybe I shouldn't say that, garbage becomes something useful when it's broken down. There is nothing about the geek squad name, service, or warranty that is of any value to anyone on planet earth. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

I haven’t needed the warranty yet but only time will tell. I try to get it for major appliances just in case.

I know that I was have extra coverage on my product just in case something may happen. Call Geek Squad is friendly of helping me set up my product.

We remodeled the kitchen but my wife wanted upgraded appliances. It’s on the small size for me but she loves it.

Because my new LG Fridge has so many different options, I thought the extended warranty would be worth it in case something goes wrong.

I love this refrigerator it is quite looks beautiful. Can hold anything you have room for inside super spacious. Wish the front was magnetized and no finger prints but that's minor nit picking

Fortunately, I haven't used it with the refrigerator I bought it for, but you never know in the future. I have used it in another Best Buy product and the quality of service from the repairman was great.

Great plan. If anything goes wrong they will attempt to repair if it can not be repaired they will replace the product.

Called with issue was told the noise my fridge was making due to ice maker not hooked up . it's all good staff member told me to turnoff ice maker switch and all is quiet. Great service helpful

It was helpful but some things aren’t covered.. but those that aren’t part of the plan can still get fixed by recommended venders

As always you have to have this service. Without it you'll pay in the long run.

Haven’t used it yet but I’m hoping it will be worth it if I have to. Hopefully I don’t have to and then quipment is great.

The protection plan provides a level of comfort in case something happens to the product.

Never really bothered with warranty when I purchased anything, but this one turned out to be good! Always there when there is a problem!
