    A total rip off, the sales rep oversells it and when you actually need to use the service they look for every reason to not cover your repair.

    Worthless warranty. We have been over 3 weeks with no refrigerator. Unit failed after 1 year. Do not buy the warranty - they outsource it and those companies do not show and Best Buy doesn't take responsibility.

    Refridge broke and was covered under this (bad compressor) . That was until I called customer service and they told me they wouldn't cover it! The failed me when I needed it the most. I won't let them fool me again.

    didn't get a chance to use it because my refrigerator was damaged during delivery and was unable to get a replacement of any compensation for my time wasted after 4 failed delivery attempts

    Geek squad protection doesn’t work the first year they make u go through manufacture warranty then u have to go through them a year after so technically u pay for 3 years and u only get 2 and they beat around the bush to get you a solution they are not helpful

    No good Ice Chute goes forzen

    refrigerator kept icing over the ice cube chute and manufacture declared refrigerator a total loss and reimbursed the total. Took too long for best buy to refund my service extended warranty that was no longer valid.

    This agent was hard to contact, then it took too long for them to send out help, then the help comes 2 to 4 times and still didn't get the frig. Fixed.

    I called for a return because the refrigerator that I bought came with a damaged drawer and a crack inside on the bottom and nothing has ever been done even though they said they would replace it for a new product

    They are supposed to call you 24 hours prior to schedule appointments. They never do. Not worth the money

    Poor experience. I’ve had a broke refrigerator for over a month now and still no end in sight. Geek Squad has been subpar at best.

    WORST SERVICE EVER!

    I bought Whirlpool - 11.6 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Counter-Depth Refrigerator - Stainless steel and its started dripping water in center of refrigerator. I called Geek Squad they kept me on hold for 30 mins and they hung up. Just don't buy this piece of crap.
