A feeling a feeling of Security and a nice feature to have. Of course I was paranoid to buy things post Covid as we’ve been hearing that some parts weren’t great but it seems like those appliances have gone through the cycling out. This is a high-quality product.

We purchased the 5-year protection plan with a new refrigerator. We had multiple service calls on it, including two issues with the in-door ice maker. The first time, components were replaced without issue. The second time, parts were not available. After a 30 day wait for replacement parts that were still not available, we received 100% of the original purchase price of the refrigerator towards a replacement. Receiving the credit for the original purchase price was pain-free and much simpler than I thought it would be. The new refrigerator has been solid, the the five year protection plan was well worth it.

It's only been 2 weeks since buying the appliance so I haven't needed to use this yet and hopefully I never do. Compared to other protection plans I've purchased from other retailers, this one is worth the money. Overall I've found Geek Squad to be exceptional in service and knowledge.

Great value considering potential issues with expensive products like refrigerators!

Previously purchased all kitchen appliances from another store that did not honor expensive warranty. We now only purchase appliances from Best Buy due to Geek Squad services which have been wonderful! A refrigerator was delivered making noise due to a bad compressor and it was removed and a new appliance delivered the next day.

it’s worth it although it’s pricey. Found out that this insurance is through Best Buy unlike the third parties that Home Depot and Lowe’s use.

It's really simple, Appliances are an Investment. Protect your investment, save yourself the headache of having to deal with possible issues down the line.

Dishwasher and refrigerator were delivered the same day. Refrigerator couldn’t be hooked up to water supply due to outdated water supply. The crew that hooked up the dishwasher also updated the water supply problem to the refrigerator. Kudos to the dishwasher installation crew for installing the refrigerator water supply also. Excellent service!!

Beautiful refrigerator, easy access water dispenser. Love the easy ice dispenser tray and freezer storage.

This has been a great fridge. We've had it for two months now and we love it. The interior lights are great for seeing everything in it, and the LEDS are a nice change from the standard old lightbulb. The Fourth Drawer is nice, but it takes some getting used to. We use it for kids snacks and beer. Awesome combo? You bet. With the divider, it's easy to separate the two. The divider does not lock, so be prepared for your wine and beer bottles to roll around, unless you're careful about arranging it all. This fridge is big. I mean, it looks kind of silly in our outdated kitchen, but next year's remodel will fix that. There is a lot of storage, but you will not use all of it unless you are careful in your organization, both in the fridge and freezer. When you have leftovers, fruit, pizza boxes, etc., it's easy to forget about that yogurt in the back that you opened last week... Bottom line, buy this fridge, especially if you are looking for a big fridge that looks great.

I love this refrigerator. The ice comes in three different sizes and the water from the door is very convenient. The only problem with the refrigerator is that the shelves need adjusting to fit a gallon of milk to stand upright. I absolutely love this fridge.

If it wasnt for the 5 year extended warranty on my SAMSUCK refrigerator, that hunk of junk would still be in my kitchen (actually no, I would have gotten rid of it myself!) I had originally purchased the 5 yr warranty on the Samsuck and after 9 +/- warranty repairs, I finally got a warranty replacement fridge, GE 27 cu ft French Door fridge with water dispenser on the inside and ice maker in the freezer where ice is supposed to be. So far, so good. I did add the 5 year warranty to the new fridge as well. I just really hope I don't have to use it this time!

We purchased the five year warranty and hope we do not ever need to use it, however the quality of appliances made today are not what they used to be. From TV's, Washers, Dryers, Stoves and Refrigerators, etc..., even when paying more for what is supposed to be better quality with supporting reviews, these appliances and more have all required some repairs within months of delicate ownership use. Even if you are very handy enough to do your own repairs, I recommend doing thorough Internet and You Tube research to learn of the various possible problems before hand.

This membership is an excellent value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases. This is an excellent value to ensure coverage on my new refrigerator for 5 years.
