Very happy to have the peace of mind of the 3yr geek squad protection.

Bought a refrigerator from best buy outlet. It was an open box but was said to be still functioning. After having it for 14 days we noticed everything in the freezer had defrosted. Temperature reading inside the fridge said the freezer was at 0 degrees Fahrenheit but in reality it was at 60 degrees when i put a temperature probe inside. Geek sqaud came out 4 days later to repair. They claimed the gasket on the freezer was not sealing correctly cause it to let heat in. They then “repaired” it and later that night it was still not freezing. Had to call them again and now have to wait another 2 days to have someone come out again.

I always recommend warranty on appliances you use every day

Great price for a five year plan. The fridge haven't break down yet but when it does hopefully this will cover it.

It's a protection service, I hope that we don't need it but it's there if we do.
