I always buy an extra warranty on bigger items. Staff usually helpful and solves issues easily.

I contacted the geek squad for assistance when I had an issue with the product. They were very difficult to get into contact with and ultimately when I did speak to someone they gave me the run around and basically told me to contact the manufacturer, which I did. I ended up having to pay for someone from LG to come to my house. It feels like the geek squad protection was useless.

Bought it with my fridge, all my plans through best buy have been awesome in coverage, no complaints yet :)
