Love this fridge! The beverage center and ice trays are new to me and I dont think I will ever want a fridge without these features again!

Great service. Had some problems but they fixed them right away.

Even if I never make a claim on this protection plan, the price was reasonable enough that the cost will justify the peace of mind I will have over the next five years. I've used the Best Buy & Geek Squad protection plans in the past and am very impressed with how the work. And I love my new LG fridge so much that I'm really hoping that I never do have to make a claim. The peace of mind for the next five years is well worth the cost.

This is a great warranty protection to have in case of any possible factory defaults and problems. It's easy to get and very affordable to purchase. Best Buy even lets you know by email the full benefit of having this protection and in some coverage goes beyond the 3 years. I would buy this every time.

I got this to cover a TV for 5 more years so I don’t have to worry about something bad happening and having to buy a new one. Beat buy has always had the best service plans compared to other stores and it’s one of the main reasons I will always shop at best buy

Since there’s over a 60% chance that the ice/water dispenser will need servicing, this appeared to be a good deal. We’ll see - I don’t have kids using it and live alone…

So glad I purchased this extended warranty because the Samsung fridge is a total piece of poop. Definitely recommend getting the extended warranty for all purchases $500+ but do not recommend any Samsung appliances. Just to make it sting a little extra for me is that the Samsung fridge was a gift for my gf’s mom.

My wife and I purchased Geek squad 5 year protection plans on both a 65" high end (9500 series) Samsung TV which we really love, and a Samsung fridge. We haven't had need to call them for service but feel comfortable that we are covered for repair or replacement on both products which we purchased within the past 12 months. By shopping around we have found that the cost of the Geek Squad plans is lower than some of the competitive stores.

I just purchased a new General Electric refrigerator for my home and Best Buy had the best bang for the buck!!

Perfect refrigerator for my 91 year old mother. The adjustable shelves and freezer options allow her limited mobility access.

The geek squad guy worked very hard to solve my problem with my refrigerator. When determined it could not be solved stayed right on it to get me a new refrigerator replacement.

We love this fridge, for our little family it's the perfect size and we like that it's counter depth. Looks very clean and modern

I asked to add an extended warranty when I ordered the refrigerator. I found out that didn't happen. So I called Geek Squad on June 2 to purchase extended warranty. When I received my email receipt, it looks like the warranty was post dated to the date of purchase of the refrigerator, not the actual day I purchased the extended warranty.

My family had a Samsung refrigerator and we liked it. However, it started to leak and we couldn't fix it. We tried to find alternative Samsung but I was told that in Korea, LG is way better in Kitchen appliances than Samsung so I bought this item.

If you purchase a Samsung product get the Geek Squad warranty. I own all Samsung appliances (Microwave with hood exhaust, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator) in my kitchen. Dishwasher went down after manufacturer warranty expired. This warranty goes beyond Manufactures warranty. "Damed if you do, Damed if you don't"

I love our new fridge. I am short so I was nervous of getting a fridge with drawer freezers but this one is perfect. The water & ice dispensers are amazing and fast too. So far no complaints!
