Until I receive the protection plan in writing, I cannot review it. My purchase depended on receiving a written copy. If past experience is any indicator, the plan will be great. Your Geek Squad, unlike your sales and billing departments, always exceeds my expectations.

Given the life expectancy of my purchase, adding the 3-year plan would make it well worth the price of the appliance and the extra warranty.

I love the Geek Squad protection plan. It covers my new fridge for anything that goes wrong for five years. If they can't fix it, they replace it. i would not consider buying a major appliance without a protection plan.

This refrigerator is absolutely great!! I had to replace my older LG version and this one is such an upgrade. The ice cubes inside the door of the ice maker are just like the ice tray cubes. The one at the bottom is as well but bigger. I love this one! Nice upgrade LG!

I dont know about the geeksquad service.i have other stuff of geeksquad service is good fast action

Like any other insurance, it is worth it when you have to use it. It is a waste of money when you don't. One thing it, I haven't had any issues with BB "Geaksquad" warranty. I have used it a few I Times and I would get it if it isn't the same price as a replacement.

Most of the time when something doesn’t work it’s a huge headache. Our new fridge quit within a week, called in and got a replacement. Replacement has worked great.

The agent was extremely helpful and curious came in carrying the set up two floors and set it up programmed all the chanel's and even set up the remote then spent the time showing me how to use it

We purchased the extended warranty and are soooo glad we did. Sorry but refrigerators are NOT made like they used to be. Cheep parts. BUY the warranty. BB/Geek Squad are the best. No hassle to get the repairs.

I purchased this refrigerator earlier this year and it makes loud noises inside of it when doors are open and shut. The freezer is not airtight and frozen water droplets are all along the top of the inside edge

If something goes wrong, they take care of it. This is a great service and I'm really happy with it.

not terribly easy to access service, don't know whether it is a function of pandemic & not as many people working but takes a long time to reach someone

always had to go through corporate escalations customer service, but once you get them. it's all easy and they care.

this is a necessary item. My prior fridge had a lot of issues with its ice maker and without this service i would have had a lot of troubles. In the end they refunded me my money to buy a new fridge.

Great protection plan. Thankfully we have not had to use it after 1 year so far.

When buying appliances it is recommended to buy an extended warranty on the product especially when you are putting the appliances into rental units. Renter are usually P IGs and don't care about using an appliances that they do not own. Just a thought

They came out right away when I had an issue with my dryer. And since it wasn't working properly they made the progress of replacing it very easy. After this I will be buying all my major appliances with Greek Squad Protection. Its worth the money.
