Removed all the packing and took with them and installed my new purchase and explained it's operating instructions.

I always get this protection on my big ticket items! It’s a must and I do know the Few times ( hasn’t been many) that they never give you any hassles about fixing or replacing. It’s a great deal!!

Geek squad is always a great idea. We haven’t had to use them yet but glad I have it if needed for a great price.

I just got a 3-year protection for my LG refrigerator, and will renew it before it's expiration. If something goes wrong, I am confident that Geek Squad will be easy to contact with for any questions or help that I need.

It’s always good to get an extended warranty. With the purchase of my new upright freezer during COVID it was a no brainer. Not only am I good for 5 years if something goes but the warranty covers spoil food too (up to a certain amount).

I haven’t had any issues with my purchase but if the delivery and hauling away are any signs of what to expect then I am doomed

They delivered and hooked up my refrigerator beautifully, left no mess and took all of the packaging with them

Well, I haven't had to use them yet, so it's sort of hard to review. My hopes are that they will live up to 5 stars! I bought this because not all reviews were wonderful for the LG refrigerator. The price is reasonable for the peace of mind if my fridge doesn't live up to the 5 stars I gave it! So far... everything is great!

I have had great luck with Geek Squad any issues I have had they always resolved. I was skeptical as usually you get screwed on warranty buys however I would buy this one every time

I purchased refrigerator that was delivered Jan 4th. I woke you this morning to what I thought was the lawn man outside my window. To my unpleasant surprise, it was my $2699 Samsung refrigerator sounding like a mower. I called Best Buy and was informed that even with the $299 Geek Squad protection plan it's nothing they could do because the first year everything is covered by the manufacturer. My protection plan started on the day of delivery which means for the first year my Geek Squad protection plan is for nothing. For all of my other appliances Geek Squad has been 100% on point, for the fridge not so much.

I just recently purchased an entire kitchen suite. When I first purchased my appliances I did not purchase the protection plan. I just recently went back to the store and purchased the plan for the fridge only. I feel like I can sleep better knowing that my purchase is protected. Happy that I made this choice.

always a good thing to have an extra warranty. i have that,plus they repair at my home or replace it.

I can't really say on this particular purchase because they forgot to put our refrigerator on the truck! We'd been waiting about 7-8 weeks and had been living out of an ice chest for 3. Needless to say, we bought a much nicer refrigerator from a different store.

Glad l bought the Geek extra warranty. Peace of mind when l need it.
