Make sure you are considering the size of the product when buying. If the size of your item doesn’t fit to a certain category, you will have to bring the item to the shop to get checked out. Example, deep freezer. Yes, bring that thing to the shop.

The installer team of two were amazing. They were very careful of our home, wall corners, doors etc. They were knowledgeable of the hook up and operation of our refridgerator,

I had to call the Geek Squad to service my fridge. The repairman was on time, helpful, fixed the issue identified a other problem ordered the replacement and showed me what I needed to do when the part arrived.

Geek Squad to the rescue! Warranties shouldn’t be a necessity, but in todays ever changing product line, they are a must!

I purchased a set of appliances, but only bought this for the fridge since many had made comments about it in reviews. I hope the fridge lasts years, but three years of security should cover the highest risk period with the appliance. It may not be a needed thing, but I decided to get it.

I am very happy with Geek Squad. I have used their repaid services several times and they even replaced a refrigerator when it was leaking and couldn't be fixed. They replaced it with the same model for no charge. They even reimbursed me for food that was damaged because of the leak!

I bought this when I bought my new refrigerator to ensure it being replaced/repaired if needed. I don't understand however, why I keep getting offers to purchase it again--as supposedly it's warrantee will expire shortly.

Good service, reliable, when your items start failing it good to have this service to get your items fixed.

This fridge is ok. Keeps food cold so that's the big thing. The only complaint I have is it's hard to fit most glasses well for getting water out of the door as the water comes out so far forward I have to hold the lever with a hand and hold the glass forward. Otherwise, nice fridge, just costs a ton as all of them do!

Hi, I truly loved the store in Mount Dora FL. Everyone was very eager to help and the employees experience are extremely great.

Before I purchased my new LG refrigerator on 6/15/25, I spoke with a Best Buy customer service agent who assured me that, if I purchased a 5-year GS protection plan and something happened during the manufacturer's 1-year warranty period, GS would send out the repairman, who would make any necessary repairs and then deal with LG on my behalf. I had asked about this specifically because I had read several reviews about LG refrigerator compressors going out early and that the LG warranty service was horrible. My refrigerator has started making a loud noise, and GS tells me that I must go through LG and that they will not service the refrigerator until the LG warranty expires. Either Best Buy has trained their employees to misrepresent the terms of the protection, or their employees have not received correct training. Be warned!

I gave it 4 stars because I haven’t had to use the warranty and hopefully, I wont have to.

Bought for a rental property. Seamless installation and when purchased it was one of the only units in stock. It has been fine since it was installed.
