Can't say much as I haven't had to use Geek Squad to help with anything so 5 stars for now.

It was the perfect purchase allowing space and functionality together as one!

Appliances do not last like they once did. I routinely buy these warranties now and have used them multiple times.

We have been without a correctly functioning fridge for 4 months now. No one in customer service seems to care that there is no solution in sight. One service tech has already 'repaired' the issue and a week later the same problem was back. NUMEROUS service techs have no-called/no-showed or cancelled last minute appointments with us. Today, customer service informed me they would love to reschedule the tech visit (from today, 8/5 that was a no-show), but they can't because there are no available appointment options. It is ridiculous to expect your customer to go 4+ months without a functioning fridge with NO END in sight. Do better, geek squad.

Ok so this is a great thing to have no matter what. It give you the extra protection you need. Best buys geeks are top of the line! They knowledge about the products are sensible to no one!

I haven’t used the warranty but so far I’m happy with the services that I’ve received.

Just nice to know I have the protection plan. Why spend thousands of dollars and risk not getting an extended warranty. Also the price varies depending on the price of the item.

It better to get warranty on high price ticket items because if you decide to cheap out it can come back to hurt your wallet it repaireds.

Purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator after a year of having the product, I began having difficulties. Having the Geek Squad Protection Plan, I was ultimately able to replace the product.

I have not had to use the plan. But better safe than sorry. I did read reviews from people and they recommended as refrigerator had problems down the line.

Great guys for install…Haven’t found the need to call them out again & hope I will not in the future.

Geek’Squad has always went the extra mile for me, through all the problems I have ran into with dealing with Best’Buy staff in the stores, and problems in general.

Would highly recommend purchasing protection. Geeks are always available and if a problem exists they will let you know and recommend the best option, whether to return or fix item.

Knock on wood haven’t needed to use geek squad yet. But it has been a peace of mind to know that we can get any problems fixed on site for at least the first the three years.

I guess it’s pretty cool. Never needed it for a fridge. I use it on my Xbox controllers all the time. Basically just trade them in when worn out.

Good service. If I could get geek squad service for items I purchased elsewhere I would.

havent need to use there service for my fridge got the protection just as a back up incase we needed i do have there protection on other items and there repairs and services are outstanding

We always feel better knowing that when the manufacturer's one year warranty expires, the protection continues. Haven't had to use for this item...yet.
