This was a renewal and I have had a Geek Squad subscription for many many years now. When I have had an issue it has been a lifesaver! Also the techs are very helpfful in store and remotely and take a genuine interest in fixing your issue and answering your questions. I highly recommend getting this protection!

I love the addition of the 5 year protection program, Best Buy stands behind their products if it can't fix it they replace it. I have had to use it on a Fitbit and they replaced it. I think it is worth the $$. I also used it years back on a washer that the digital board numbers were half seen and they replaced the board which was worth the trip and the circuit board itself!

Based on the delivery and installation service already provided I expect this service will be amazing already.

This protection works well, when I find the best location that wants to fix my items, rather then trying to always sell me a new product

Just great good space both freezer and fridge. My food lasts good amount fresh no freezer burn just great and good quality and color

Certain products these days just need a warranty - refrigerators and microwaves, modems and routers especially come to mind. Best Buy - Geek Squad has the best service, best people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Their quality and care is top-notch.

I recently purchased 5 yrs of Geek Squad protection for a new gas range for only $125. I was delighted to learn that the extended warranty covers full replacement if the range is not repairable and that it is fully transferrable to a new owner should I sell my house and include the appliance. That is excellent and gives me peace of mind!

It is so nice to have such backing as I am a senior and can afford the time or money to get somthing fixed at curent prices. I know I can depend on the Geek Squad to be there for my and my appliances that are necessay to keep me comfortable as I am aging

We purchased an LG stove which was a tremendous piece of garbage. LG was 100% unwilling to make any concessions or try to make any repairs. The geek squad was incredibly helpful in getting the issue resolved. Best buy took responsibility where LG would not.

have not had to use this for the fridge i purcahsed yet, but have for other appliances. ease of setting appt and scheduling has always been easy. companies are always helpful and complete the job in a single visit.

both guys were great with my install. came in, evaluated what needed to be done and before we knew dishwasher was installed.

I added protection to my microwave a couple days later and customer service was able to help me add it right away very quickly

I should’ve just purchased the insurance directly through the manufacture of my product
