the warranty by best buy is one of the best and most reasonably priced. but will only know service provided only once i use.

Bought this because I had this before and paid for itself 10 times over. My refrigerator had issues and they had to keep coming back and replacing parts. Thank goodness I had the extended warranty.

When you are purchasing a product there is no force to buy Geek Squad Service and by chance if you need to use Geek Squad Service Warranty, there is no hassle , Best Buy will do the needful regarding repair or replacement of product.

So far everything has been a great experience hopefully it stays that way.

Having a Smart phone hasn't made me smarter. But the Geek Squad protection plan, definitely makes me comfortable-knowing they're always willing to help me. And they do it quickly, with kindness and expertise!

I purchased the extended Warranty. I thought it was very reasonably priced for the length of time covered. I hope I never have to use it but it's there if I need to. Glad I got it.

We purchased our new fridge over two years ago. Can't believe it's been two years. Geek SQUAD installed it perfectly. On time and informative. We tried another company before Bestbuy and they sucked and we got our money back and turned to Bestbuy for our appliances for the first time. Great value and service. I purchased an oven and got this warranty. At the time I was skeptical of the warranty. Flash forward to a few months and the oven breaks. I was able to access the warranty through the bestbuy website and get a service appointment. The tech came out fixed the problem no questions asked, not hidden charges, no limitations. Well worth the money.

On May 22, I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy. After two unsuccessful installation attempts, Best Buy left the dishwasher at my home. I managed to get it installed on June 1, only to find that it was defective—it would not drain or dry my dishes. I contacted Bosch customer service and despite the product being only 9 days old, they wanted me to pay for someone to come out and service the machine. We ran multiple tests and the dishwasher simply would not drain properly and left the dishes soaking wet after each attempt. I had purchased the 5 year extended warranty from Best Buy. And I was certain they could help me when Bosch couldn't. I contacted Best Buy customer service, and they informed me that while they could replace the dishwasher, I would need to pay for the installation. This was contrary to the original purchase agreement, which included free installation. I refused to pay for the additional service, resulting in them retrieving the defective dishwasher. I pleaded both in-store and over the phone for them to honor the sale's original terms, including free installation and delivery, but I was repeatedly denied. During my visit to the store, I waited for half an hour before anyone approached me. When I asked to speak with a manager, my request was denied, with the staff claiming there was nothing they could do. I received the same response from customer service over the phone. This has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating retail experiences I have encountered in my 40 years.

This is my tech backup! I’ve got 20+ years in IT but things keep changing. When my ability or my husband’s user actions exceed my limit, I am off to TotalTech support. Group at Tuttle Crossing are amazing! Save me beaucoup bucks.

Geek Squad warranty has never let me down and always vwwn prompt with service in the past and recently. They arrive on time and the warranty is awesome value.

Appliances are a major investment and a significant inconvenience if they stop working. I personally always get a plan to be sure I am covered and have a remedy solution when something goes wrong.

One of the noisiest refrigerators we have ever owned. We bought it used, and it was a good price. It was reconditioned for resell, not reconditioned well enough. We want to buy a gas stove in the future, but we are unsure if the quality will be there.

Purchased a 5 year protection plan which I understand should cover any problems which may arise. Price was very competitive. Only wish I could extend the plan once the 5 year plan is up like I used to when I purchased all my appliances from Sears for the past 33 years. Unfortunately, Sears is going down the tubes big time and I feel Best Buy is my best alternative at this time.

nice and quiet dishwasher. most of the sound is from the draining of the dishwasher. easy to install and operate. will be adding matching refrigerator stove and microwave soon.

The repair man came out to fix it. Replace 3 items. Still didn't work. He ordered and replaced 1 more thing. Right then he set me up to get a new one. The whole process from when the old one broke and the new one was delivered and i installed it took about a week and 2 days. Not bad at all. Everyone was fantastic and I'm very happy i got the extended warranty.
