    Haven't had to use this yet, as my LG washing machine/dryer combo is working great after about 11 months. It comes with a diagnostic app you can use on your phone, so that's handy as well.

    I always buy the geek warranty on my purchased. I do because I have had items fail just after manufacturer warranty expired. it pays for itself.

    My wife and I love the five year protection we have on our washer and dryer. If anything goes wrong on it Best Buy will fix it. It’s a must have..
