worst experience ever. same technitian came twi e and assume we did not take good care of the unit.both times said the same think there os nothing i can do. i had sears and pc richard before and always got my appliance problem solved. i gess thats what i get for paying cheap now im stucked with this service for 5 years

Most of the time it is easy to schedule but sometimes parts have to be sent and they have to have a second visit to fix the appliance.

I don't mind buying geek squad protection from best buy. They are always a reasonable price and with how much electrionics can go bad on appliances these days, I like having the extra protection.

Bought the Geek Squad when we bought our computer. Never had to use them.

Purchased 5 year protection plan for each of the three purchases: washer, dryer, and washer pedestal. Have not used the plan yet, as the three items, I have only had for approximately 1 month.

Geek squad protection is a must. You will need it eventually and youll be covered.

Haven't had to use it yet but I also use American Home shield. Just thought it would be cheaper since you dont have to pay every time someone comes out.

I always purchase geek squad protection because when needed they come out and quickly and courteously assist and correct the problem/issue.

Love the warranties with Best Buy. In the past I would never but based on how the other warranties have worked out when needed this is a must. Hopefully I never need it but if I do...
