    Great idea to get the warranty on any appliance. If appliance needs repaired it will be fixed with no cost.

    This was not the experience I expected; first, the people in the store knew very little about a portable dryer. I asked for further assistance, which they couldn't provide; I tried to buy a small AC. I had to ask three different people to finally get an answer: Best Buy is not what it used to be
