    I have been having issues with this washing machine for three months. Your "fine print" in your warranty is making me wait almost another month before I could even get my washer replaced. We are a family of 5 who have now paid hundreds of dollars for a warranty that is doing nothing for us along with hundreds of dollars for the laundromat. I am so disappointed with your service. We have bought so many things from your company, and you have treated us with nothing but "I'm sorry but this is our process..." Do not get extended warranty protection. It's not worth the money you are giving to a corporation who is doing nothing to help the people that made them what they are. (Geek squad staff are only doing their job, and were very courteous, but the Best Buy the Company is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.)
