I've had to use their services several times throughout the years since i purchase all my appliances from best buy and alwats get the geek squad warranty. Never had a problem with any of the guys. Very professional, courteous, on time and they always seem well aware of how to handle and troubleshoot the issues. Never had a technician come back for the same issue, knock on wood....excellent service!! A+ IMHO

When my new HP Envy 13” laptop crashed and burned the Geek Squad tried everything to save it but acknowledged it could not be saved. I exchanged it for an Apple 13” MacBook Air. I love it and use it daily without any problems. What a superior piece of technology. It makes me insanely happy. Thanks Best Buy!!!

I always buy protection plans with my products i buy eapecially one that is an appliance. Thia plan with protect me of future out of pocket cost if something happens to thia stove in the next 5 years. And its not that much more each month.

While Best Buy often pushes their My Best Buy Total membership (which provides protection for as long as you subscribe), the standalone 5-year GSP plan is a fixed-term contract that offers some of the most comprehensive hardware coverage available.

10 stars for delivery experience. Jamie and helper were friendly and very careful with my range. Other delivery experiences were a nightmare in the past with damaged appliances and these guys were great! Online experience is a 1 star from being told my range would be installed in 2 weeks for approximately $100 then being told it’s delayed a month so I cancelled and ordered another model which they couldn’t install! When I questioned that I was told $200!! Feeling ripped off I decided to get it installed elsewhere. I recently bought 4 appliances from Best Buy and not pleased with online ordering but delivery men made my day with their care and concern and kindness!

I always get geek squad protection. They are very knowledgeable and figure the problem out quickly and rectify it asap. Put my dishwasher in for a free replacement due to repetitive problem. All I had to pay for was new 5 year coverage on the Bosch

Couldn’t be happier with the service have never had an issue. Had two appliances repaired at no cost to me. They were in and out one couldn’t be repaired and they completely swapped out the whole unit a year and a half later I will always buy this for anything I buy from Best Buy.

The new model with new handle Kitchen aid dishwasher is amazing!! Doing pretty good job compare to other brands.Sparkling clean washing, clean drying. Looks good when I open the dishwasher in the morning. Happy!!

This all encompassing plan is well worth a few extra bucks when Geek Squad will fix or replace the appliance for you, would recommend for any new household appliance.

Geek squad always very helpful and get job done. Highly recommended

Third rack nice, quiet yes. Hard to use yes. No delay start button, you have to go the app and choose 1, 2 or 4 hours. You can't set the favorite to do a delay of say 4 hours every time. It doesn't save the delay and you can't set it to e.g. 1 AM. Not a show stopper but I like to set my dishwasher to run later in evening to save electricity and noise. Even though its pretty quite you can still hear it. Don't need a app that has limited functionality to run an appliance.

It’s easy to get in for service. The geeks are well informed and able to help. I would not be without this service.

I am very happy with the guarantee that Bestbuy offers. Before, I thought that it was not good to put a guarantee on things, but now I think otherwise because it happened to me that I bought a stove and luckily I put the extended guarantee on it and it was worth it because the oven broke down. And they are going to repair it or replace it with a new one, so I think the warranty is worth it, especially when the item costs a lot of money. Thank you bestbuy for offering the guarantee

I GOT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, FOR MY OWN PEACE OF MIND, KNOWING HOW COMPLEX THE MACHINES ARE. HOPEFULLY I WILL NOT NEED IT.

Geek Squad protection is good for purchases over a certain dollar amount.

Haven’t had to use it yet but for five years I’m covered for all the bad things that could happen.
